Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with 1944 Collectibles. We strive to get your gear into your hands as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Shipping Rates & Estimates
• Domestic (USA): We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, flat-rate shipping will be calculated at checkout.
• International: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (see Section 4).
2. Processing & Lead Times
• In-Stock Items: Orders for stocked items (standard patches, hats, etc.) are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Custom Orders: Because our custom belt buckles and challenge coins are made to order, please allow 5-6 weeks for production before shipping. We will keep you updated via email throughout the manufacturing process.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has headed out. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
1944 Collectibles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
• If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@1944collectibles.com immediately with a photo of the packaging and the item.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
