Cancellation policy

1. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you have signed up for a recurring subscription (such as a "Coin of the Month" club), you may cancel your subscription at any time.

 • How to Cancel: You can cancel through your Customer Account portal or by emailing support@1944collectibles.com.

 • Timing: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel at least [Insert Number, e.g., 3] business days before your next billing date.

 • Refunds: Cancellations stop future charges but do not result in a refund for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

2. Pre-orders

For items purchased on pre-order (items not yet in stock):

• Standard Pre-orders: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped.

• Post-Shipping: Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard 30-day Return Policy applies.

3. Custom Order Cancellations

Because our custom belt buckles and challenge coins are made-to-order, the following rules apply:

• Before Production: You may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• During Production: Once a custom design has been approved and moved into the production/manufacturing phase, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the item is being uniquely created for you.
